In this critical role, you'll engage with key stakeholders and leverage your analytical expertise to optimize financial performance and sustainability practices across the company. Your work will ensure that financial strategies align with Sodexo’s operational goals and environmental commitments, offering you a platform to impact our global strategy and operational effectiveness.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the GSM VP for Food and global buyers in strategic financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly consolidation and reporting of global Sodexo SM KPIs and financials.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that improve business decision-making and market understanding.
  • Assist in planning, targeting, and forecasting activities to support Sodexo’s strategic financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the GSM Reporting Analyst in advancing finance digitalisation.
  • Analyse data to identify risks and opportunities, improving financial data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Maintain high standards of data management and support operational teams in achieving financial and sustainability targets.
What you bring:
  • Strong background in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Experience in designing, reporting, and interpreting KPIs to support business decisions.
  • Proven capability in managing financial forecasts and business targets.
  • Excellent collaboration and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, capable of working internationally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Essbase, Smartsheet, and PowerBI. Fluent English required, additional languages beneficial.
