Summary

Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Electrician seeking a new opportunity in Swansea? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, for a skilled and dedicated electrician to join their team at a large site in Swansea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Undertaking electrical installation and modification work as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
  • Previous experience in a similar facilities maintenance role.
  • Competent in electrical fault-finding and repair.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
