Summary

Would you like an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance student career awareness, career confidence, skills and employability, and have a positive impact on graduate outcomes?

This role offers the chance to be part of a small team of Employability Advisers, responsible for the development and delivery of the University’s central programme of services including one-to-one careers information, advice and guidance, careers workshops and events, and a range of online resources and information. You will be supporting students and graduates from all academic faculties and departments, at all levels of study.
You will have a degree, or equivalent experience, and employment experience in any sector. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues, you will be student-centred and proactive with the ability to develop and drive new initiatives to enhance student and graduate employability using a range of technologies.
