• Preparing cocktails and other refreshments and snacks.
• Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations.
• Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer.
• Placing orders and maintaining stock levels.
• Cleaning the bar, glasses and wiping down surfaces.
• Taking card payments.
• Verifying age and checking identification.
• Cleaning the bar/lounge area before closing time.
• Assist with the set-up and running of events.
• Compliance with premises licence
Skills Required
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Experience mixologist and bar worker.
• Excellent team player.
• Great customer service skills.
