Lantain Landscape Maintenance Limited is looking for new members to become part of our team. You must be very keen on being outdoors, have an interest in horticulture, be reliable and prepared to work hard. We undertake all aspects of landscape care and occasionally some landscaping projects. Pay is £13.00 should you be the appropriate candidate with. If you do not have experience the pay will start at £11.50 however, as soon as you are familiar with the job role it will increase to 13.00 per hour. Experience not essential for landscaping, we can train you for these jobs. Pay will be reviewed after one month depending on your abilities and commitment.
We are a very well-established business with a very good reputation and will only accept candidates who are prepared to perform as well as the rest of the team. We do expect our staff to share all duties (where qualified) and use their initiative to see what else might need doing in the garden. We undertake work on a broad range of sites, such as commercial blocks of flats and offices and for private clients. We look after the grounds for some very high quality properties.
The landscaping work we carry out is usually turf laying and planting of new shrubs and other plants and fencing.
We are looking for punctual workers who are polite and customer focused as well as being able to cooperate with fellow operatives.
Experience is a bonus to us but not essential provided you are enthusiastic and improve/learn quickly enough. We are prepared to pay towards a percentage of any training courses you may wish to undertake, for example, PA1 & PA6 (safe use of pesticides).
You will be expected to be able to demonstrate safely the use of the following after a short period of time (2-3 weeks),
