Summary
An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the team at Lissett Stainless Steel Engineering.
We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn the Fabricating and Welding Trade. This role is ideal for somebody looking to start a new career in engineering as you will primarily be assisting qualified engineers whilst building and developing your own knowledge and skills before starting your apprenticeship.
We are looking for someone who can start work immediately and then start an apprenticeship in September 2024. You will complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Fabrication & Welding where you will attend college on day release and the rest of your time will be spent on site gaining experience. We pride ourselves in developing young people so that they can progress into more senior roles within the company when their apprenticeship finishes, so with the right mindset you can build a career with Lissett Stainless Steel Engineering.
You would be expected to assist a team of engineers on a day-to-day basis.
