About Us
Phoenix is a company that offers bespoke telecoms infrastructure within the Fibre to the premises market.
We are a company that are looking to expand our small core team and for someone to grow and evolve with us as a business.
The Job Role
The role will work across two main areas, being responsible for assisting with the production of the supporting documentation and quality checks on the packs that have been produced by the planning team.
This role will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that submissions are delivered on time and to the client’s requirements and the companies standards.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who are open to having a varied job role, with skills from a Project Support/Admin function and Quality Checks.
Some of the skills that the ideal candidate would have include:
1. Must be able to work independently and work well within a strong team environment.
2. Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
3. Must be able to use Microsoft Office software and Adobe software.
4. Be a strong communicator, both within the team and externally to clients and other delivery partners.
5. Adopt a forward-thinking approach and be pro-active rather than reactive.
6. Have an excellent attention to detail
7. Be able to deliver feedback to their colleagues within the wider team.
Experience
We a looking for someone who is open to a challenge. If you have worked within the telecoms industry or had previous experience in a Design Support/Admin function or Quality role, it would be advantageous but not essential.
Must have good experience with Microsoft Packages particularly excel.
