Leisure Services – Inspiring Members to Live Active Lives
Join Five Rivers Health & Wellbeing Centre as a Fitness Coordinator and take on a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our fitness facilities. This leadership opportunity involves overseeing diverse fitness programs, emphasising customer care, and contributing to community well-being. The role encourages professional development and promotes creative planning within a shift pattern to suit the business needs including weekends.
By joining our team, you'll make a positive impact on customer experiences and community health, all while enjoying a dynamic work environment with a range of responsibilities. These include supervising the team, coordinating group exercise programs, providing excellent customer service when delivering and coordinating fitness appointments and ensuring compliance around maintenance and cleaning.
We're seeking a Level 2 or above Fitness Instructor with a minimum of 2 years' experience. If you bring excellent communication, top-notch customer service, and expertise in safety protocols and member engagement, we invite you to be part of our team.
