Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to our team members. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming inquiries.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Coordinate office events and functions, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking spending and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.
Assist with facilities management, including liaising with building management and vendors.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Some experience in office management or related administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in HR or facilities management is a plus but not required.
