Summary

You will support the Academic Registrar to manage and co-ordinate compliance with the Office for Students Conditions of Registration by monitoring compliance with each of the conditions and working closely with stakeholders to identify risk and manage mitigation strategies.

You will play a key role in the successful operation and ongoing partnership management of the University’s new online programme delivery. Working closely with the online provider and a range of stakeholders across the University you will plan and manage successful implementation of the Southampton Online programmes to ensure the work progresses in alignment with the agreed contract.

Required skills and experience:

Demonstrable experience in a relevant role in UK Higher Education.
An in-depth understanding of the complex policy and regulations applicable to Higher Education in England.
Developed leadership ability, based on leading multiple strands of delivery and the effective leadership of people for who you have no line management responsibility.
Proven experience of delivering complex policy projects alongside cyclical activity.
