Summary
Fagan Properties are looking for a cleaner to take on a 2-bedroom holiday cottage, located about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Ludlow. The self-catered holiday cottage is let for short term, weekend and week stays. The role has arisen as our current cleaner is leaving the area.
The work involves:
Cleaning the property on changeover days
Washing and drying the laundry
Dealing with any guest queries that may arise
Arranging for tradesmen to assist if emergency call-out required
Liasing with the owners with any queries
Changeover days can be flexible to suit - we are happy to discuss days for cleaning if particular days of the week suit more than others.
We take bookings all year round, but we are busiest between May and September.
The work would suit someone looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments. We don't expect you to deal with everything that crops up - just to be available to take a call during the day from guests and to liase with the owners.
You will need a car and access to a mobile phone in order to do this job - the property is not near any bus routes or local transport connections and about 10 minutes drive from Ludlow.
