Job Title: Adventure Education Pupil Support Assistant

Location: Dibden Park School, Southampton

Salary: £20.516 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Adventure Education Pupil Support Assistant to join our close-knit team at Dibden Park School located in Southampton.

About the role

To work as an Adventure Education Pupil Support Worker, providing support to the staff and the pupils within an outdoor environment. In addition to agreed responsibilities of Pupil Support Worker and any reasonable direction from the Head Teacher or Head/Assistant Head of Adventure Education the Pupil Support Worker will:

Main Tasks

To support pupils emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing.
To assist teachers in developing and implementing individual Outdoor Adventure educational programmes.
To support individual and small groups of pupils across a broad and balanced curriculum.
To work with individual and small groups of pupils on educational activities.
To prepare materials and equipment.
Required

Previous experience in the role.
Full UK Driving Licence
