Summary
Tasks
● Choose the proper plasterboard or dry lining panels, cut them to the necessary size, and attach them to the walls and ceilings.
● Ensure that the plaster is mixed to the appropriate consistency.
● Using hand tools or a mechanised sprayer, apply and smooth one or more coats of plaster to create a finished surface.
● For decorative plasterwork, pour liquid plaster into moulds.
● Plasterboard and/or decorative plasterwork should be measured, cut, installed, and secured to walls and ceilings.
● Finish surfaces and board joints should be sealed and covered.
● Use a spirit level, line and straight edge to check the surface level.
