Summary
Position: Multi-Scan Operative
Location: Spalding, Lincs
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Working Schedule:
- 5 days out of 7
- 8 AM start
- Up to 12 hours shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise ERP system efficiently for a job insights.
- Ensure fruit quality meets standards.
- Operate grading machines & assist colleagues.
- Collaborate with QC for product outcomes.
- Select fruit boxes based on quality requirements.
- Maintain attention to detail & flexibility.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Ability to adapt to varying roles & hours.
