Joining the TUI Retail Team as a Senior Retail Manager at our Poole shop, you’ll be responsible for one of our largest stores within the UK&I. You’ll support, develop and lead a large team to become high performing destination experts to recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

ABOUT THE JOB


- Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team whilst embracing change and rising to the challenges that this role brings.
- You’ll support and develop a large team to be productive, proactive, sales and customer focused driving sales and profit Instore whilst ensuring they are skilled and able to resolve customer queries and complaints, taking full responsibility and ownership of your team and results.
- You’ll use customer feedback and insight to spot trends, challenge the way we work and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and demonstrate innovation to grow our business.
