We are currently seeking experienced HCA to join our Agency Panel in Your Area and more. We are also actively recruiting in the areas around Bracknell.
What We Can Offer You;
Early shifts/late shifts/long days/nights
We’ve secured several care homes and hospital contracts in the area for Healthcare Assistants.
HCA pay rates range from £10.65 to £12 and higher rates on bank holidays and weekends.
These roles require previous UK experience within healthcare.
The shift patterns available are day shift, night shift, early shift, or late shift. If you haven’t had 1 years' experience don’t worry you can still apply for the job.
Main responsibilities include.
All staff to promote best practices as - HCA in health and safety and security.
Expected to provide the highest level of nursing and care to service users with the ability to develop strong relationships with service users, relatives, and staff.
All staff to contribute to quality improvement.
Promote people’s equality, diversity, and rights
Work autonomously with minimum supervision
Develop own knowledge and skills and encourage that of others.
Working as a CCS Care agency HCA, you’ll receive several benefits:
