Summary
Job Title: Shop Supervisor
Ready to step into an amazing career? Join us in a leading role as Sales Supervisor. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing Strategic sales plans that expands our company’s customer base and solidify its presence. Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers; establishing and monitoring work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies for growth of business; liaises with manager or other relevant person to resolve operational problems. Determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet sales and productivity targets; reports as required to managerial staff on departmental activities. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales department. Providing daily reports of sales to the Director. Discussing the clients’ requirements and building and promoting healthy and long-lasting customer relations. Setting sales targets and preparing proposals for marketing campaign and promotional activities by doing market research.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience within the supermarket business
• To have management experience
• To be confident working in a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers
