Summary
The Best Connection is recruiting for a Sales Executive for our Wolverhampton based client.
Immediate start available.
Pay is between £12.82 to £20.51 per hour dependent on previous experience.
Working hours are 08:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and Duties: Carrying out promotional activity by telephone to designated and potential customers. Reporting customer and competitor activity to colleagues and Managment. Receiving and accurately recording customer enquiries by telephone, fax, email or in person. Checking customer credit worthiness and updating Managment of any issues. Accurate preparation and timely dispatch of quotations. Ensuring availability of steel and advise Purchasing Department of any low stock levels. Investigating customer complaints and taking the relevant actions to maintain customer satisfaction. Ensuring designated customer delivery plans and relevant Health and Safety information is recorded an up to date. Skills Required: Previous experience working in a sales environment. Previous experience of working within steel/construction industry. IT Literate. Must have a full UK Driving Licence . This is a long-term position, temp2perm position.
