Summary

The Best Connection are seeking a dedicated Broiler Farm Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of poultry operation! Position: Broiler Farm Assistant Location: TF6 Telford Hours: 40-48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with some evenings required. Flexibility required. Pay Rate: £12-£14 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Disposal of deceased poultry. Monitor production performance to ensure optimal results Uphold high standards of bird welfare at all times Manage feed distribution and ensure proper nutrition for the flock Complete all tasks with precision and attention to detail Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Manage ventilation systems to promote a healthy environment for the birds Assist with vaccinations and other health-related tasks Keep accurate records of farm activities Requirements: Previous experience working on a farm, preferably with poultry Strong interpersonal skills for effective people management Ability to perform manual duties efficiently and effectively Proficiency in computer skills for record keeping and data management Possession of a full UK driving license Full-time availability Why Join Us: Opportunity to make a positive impact on animal welfare and farm production Work in a supportive environment with a dedicated team Full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply: Ready to take the next step in your farming career?
