Summary

Support Worker - (Experience Required)
Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Employment Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Requirements: UK Driving Licence and access to your own car due to the rural location

In our new rural home on a farm in Camborne in Cornwall, we offer a diverse range of activities for the individuals we support. These activities include visits to local attractions such as the aquarium, cinema, bowling, and shopping.

Our clients have a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and various other requirements. We are seeking energetic support workers with initiative and a good sense of humour to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Encouraging active participation in activities and ensuring individuals make the most out of each experience.

- Providing essential support with daily living tasks including personal care, medication administration, and feeding.

- Offering emotional reassurance during periods of distress. Full positive behaviour support training is provided, but previous experience is essential.
