Summary
A great opportunity to join the Security Team, based at the Conquest Hospital. You will manage the day to day security of the site and must be able to organise a team of security guards. You will liaise with all departments and be a strong presence on site to support all the nursing teams and staff. If you are confident, hands on, can work in a busy environment, and have a background in the security industry, then please apply.
To instil a pro-security culture by managing the daily site security service which involves liaison with security guards and a timely response to any reported incidents, including reporting crime to the Police and conducting a full investigation with outcomes and recommendations. Also assists in management of capital schemes, SLA’s, and to run a busy site security office.
Maintenance of an effective CCTV and ID card system and access control arrangements for all users. Datix incident updating and preparation of reports.
