Summary
Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance- Tunbridge Wells
Garden Maintenance workers required by one of the UK's leading Horticulture and Grounds maintenance specialists
Your duties will be to carry our Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance across England and Wales
These are permanent roles available after a successful probation period of 13 to 15 weeks
The depo is in Tunbridge Wells
A drivers licence and experience is essential
Candidates must be comfortable working away from home and travelling and working weekends when needed (bonus system is applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Solar Farm Mowing with agricultural tractor and three-point linkage machinery
- Solar Farm vegetation management with two stroke handheld equipment
- Solar Farm Herbicide application with ATV and boom operated equipment
- Preparation, loading and unloading of equipment and materials to undertake tasks
- Liaison with local landowners and clients to necessitate local operational needs
- Route Planning, logistics and administration.

CSCS, PA1, PA2 and PA6, Tractor and Quad bike experience would be ideal but not essential as our client will provide training
