Summary


A full time Band 5 community nurse post has become available in the Usk and Raglan district nursing team. The team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously is required.

The role will include a variety of nursing care in the patients home and seeing patients in the on site clinic room for IV infusion/catheters/wounds. The service is integrated and works with the frailty /rapid medical team.

A full time Band 5 post has become available within the Usk and Raglan District Nursing Team for a staff nurse who wishes to develop their career in community Nursing

An induction programme will be devised to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills and confidence to work autonomously and/or part of a forward thinking dynamic team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
