Summary
An indicative job plan is included in the Job Description attached to this advert. A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointee and their clinical manager in line with the Job Planning Guidelines in force in the Trust. Once agreed with the clinical manager, job plans are finally signed off by the Clinical Director. An indicative job plan for this post with indicative Programmed Activities (PAs) is provided below, but this will normally be re-assessed after 3 months of appointment to ensure it meets the needs of the service.
