Summary
The job role will involve greeting patients and visitors to the practice, booking patient appointments, processing eConsult requests from patients, responding or redirecting patients to the most appropriate care provider if necessary, answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and redirected accordingly and to carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibility of the post.
