Summary
You would be expected to demonstrate good leadership qualities, and have a high level of clinical skill. You will also be expected to be knowledgeable about key performance indicators and the expectation that these are achieved for our clients. You will receive regular supervision and have opportunities for ongoing development and training. Community Mental Health Services in Brighton & Hove has a well-established Section 75 (S.75) agreement in place. This agreement contributes to the improvement in mental health and wellbeing and results in easier access to a more responsive mental health service. Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Brighton and Hove City Council delegate tasks to each organisation to ensure a joined-up health and social care offer to those that use our services. Relevant training and support will be provided when acting on behalf of the other organisation and it also means that you're able to access a number of other training, learning and development opportunities from both organisations. Please see the attached Job Description document for full details of the role and responsibilities. For further details or to arrange informal visits, please contact Anne Fellbaum (Service Manager) on 07464 925346, or by email: anne.fellbaum@spft.nhs.uk.
