Summary
To actively participate in the CLCH Podiatry band 6 rotational programs. To autonomously assess and diagnose patients with a diverse range of medical and podiatric conditions, using appropriate diagnostic techniques, skills and tools. This includes sharp debridement of lesions, administration of local anaesthesia, whilst quantifying the maximum safe doses, nail surgery, and use of noxious caustics. To create and implement a tailored treatment and specialised care plans using a variety of appropriate treatment regimes for a range of patient groups including those in the high risk and at risk categories focusing on the management of primary foot pathologies.
