Summary
We have a current opportunity for a Corporate Services Officer (Governance) on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow.
Your role will be to work alongside both the CEO and the board to provide governance support. The main duties will be :
- coordinating all board meetings including arranging the meeting and collating and distributing papers
- attending meetings to take minutes
- arranging committee events and training
- assist with updating website and newsletters and other publications
The suitable candidate will have experience in housing governance and the client is looking for the candidate to start ASAP.
