Your role will range from providing an effective and high-quality administrative support service for all Estates’ and project redevelopment related functions to preparing and maintaining updates as appropriate to procedures and electronic documents for Estates’ and Health & Safety related tasks and functions.
You will have a basic understanding of facilities and premises matters and be competent in using MS Word and Excel. You will be organised, methodical and have good attention to detail. You’ll also be confident with liaising with staff at all levels, and external stakeholders. In addition, you will be a good communicator, and possess good customer service skills. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative and be a good team player who is flexible in your approach.
