Summary
Parklands Educate Together Primary Academy is a two form entry school, part of Educate Together Academy Trust that also has schools in Bristol, Keynsham, Bath and Swindon. Our popular pre-school is expanding pupil places from September and we are looking for an additional member of support staff to join our team. Ideally, candidates should hold a Level 3 qualification or be prepared to undertake the qualification.The salary is ETAT Grade B which is currently £23,500 pro rata.The hours of work are 8.30 to 3.30 Monday Friday, (until 4.30 on Wednesdays for staff meeting). The actual salary for these hours is £18,607.Learning Support Assistants are an integral part of the teaching and learning at our school. LSAs receive high-quality training and CPD and play a full and active part in the decision-making and communication systems across the school.Our schools operate under the following principles:
