Summary

Learning Support Assistant Gaddesby Primary School Permanent Contracted Hrs: 22 per week (LSA) & 4 per week (MDS) Working Wks: 39 weeks (Term Time + Inset Days) Grade: Grade 5, Pts 7 to 8 (LSA); Grade 4, Pts 5 to 6 (MDS) Salary: £11,805 to £12,002 per annum (LSA); £2,057 to £2,074 per annum (MDS) Start Date: 27th August 2024

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant with Midday Supervisor responsibilities to join Gaddesby Primary School on a permanent basis. Gaddesby Primary School is a small school set in the Leicestershire countryside with a wonderful community spirit and high aspirations for all pupils. The role of LSA within the school is an important and rewarding role, it provides vital support to those students who need it and the opportunity to access learning as part of the usual school day. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing high quality provision to our pupils and support to the Teachers within the school. This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to positively develop and encourage our pupils in both their academic and social life as well as enhancing and developing their own skillset. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a wonderful dynamic team where all staff are highly valued.
