Summary
Register & Timetabling OfficerFull Time/Permanent£26,294 - £28,741 - Depending on experience & qualificationsBased at St.Albans Campus with occasional travel to Welwyn Garden CityKey Duties:To take day to day responsibility for co-ordinating the entry and maintenance of timetabling and register/student participation data in the College MIS. Contributing to the operational effectiveness of the MIS & Exams department. To have a detailed working knowledge of the College MISTo ensure compliance with all funding body, Data Service and Information Authority regulation, specification, and advice.Please refer to Job Description for detailsRequired SkillsLevel 3 ITQ / Business Administration qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a busy office environment.
Experience of effective scheduling of business activities.
Experience of processing, analysing, and interpreting complex data.
