Summary

The Role
The Student Recruitment team is looking to appoint, conscientious and enthusiastic Enrolment Support Workers, who have a genuine passion for helping people and will support the College in its recruitment drive.
This period sees us welcome and onboard our new and progressing students for the next academic year and it is vital for the College to make this process as smooth and successful as possible.
Variable hours - Mon to Fri (including one Saturday)
The summer enrolment dates including enrolment training, are as follows:
Enrolment training - Monday 12 August to Friday 16 August 2024
Main enrolment period - Monday 19 August to Friday 6 September 2024 (incl. Saturday 31 August 2024)
Extended Enrolment - Monday 9 September to Friday 20 September 2024 (support will be required for this period and details will be communicated closer to the time)
Interview Dates - Thursday 9th of May & Friday 10th of May
Please note: The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Skills and Experience
Experience of dealing and working directly with people and providing services to a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience of providing high-quality customer service and carrying out front-facing duties.
Working in a further education institution or other organisation where skills are transferable is desirable. This includes experience of initial contact activity, admissions and enrolment, use of student record systems and admissions systems or other IT systems.
