Teaching Assistants at Grove Park are highly valued as they are key in our journey to remain outstanding providing vital support to the class teacher. The role is diverse - supporting children with challenging and complex needs including speech and language, autism, sensory and emotional regulation.
We are committed to professional development and offer training and development opportunities to all staff.
The post will be in Key Stage 1 five days a week, term time only plus insets and will be paid on Scale 5 – approx. £22,000 per annum, 8:30am – 3:30pm. This is a one-year contract, to 31st August 2025.
A First Aid qualification, or a willingness to undertake First Aid training, is desirable.
