Summary

Location: Tribe Manchester Airport

Aimbridge Hospitality are proud to introduce a brand-new property in the Northwest of England: TRIBE Manchester Airport.

Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the 'Gen Z' market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand. Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, restaurant and bar and a gym.

As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a Revenue Manager to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a Summer 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…

The role is to drive and implement pricing and distribution strategies to achieve optimum revenue across all areas of the Hotel and to secure positive movement in market share performance. You'll look to drive revenue across the hotels F&B outlets as well as coroporate and long stay business driven from the central airport location.

Working closely with the in-house sales team to define and activate strategies across business segment and management of internal and external customers you'll drive overall performance of both parts of the hotel.

You will be accountable for the management of the Reservations and Meetings & Events team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload, embedding of process and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained at all times.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess recent experience as a manager in a revenue or reservations setting. Experience with forecasting, reporting and Opera PMS is also desirable.
