We are looking for a talented leader with a track record of delivering success through inspiring young people to overcome their particular challenges and engage with education in positive ways.
We are seeking to appoint a highly effective leader to join us as Head of Faculty for English at Oldershaw School. This is an exciting career opportunity for a candidate with outstanding teaching skills to contribute to the further development of our English Faculty. Applications are sought from people who are well qualified and able to teach to KS3 and KS4 who believe they are able to lead this department well and achieve success. Developing and implementing evidence-based improvement strategies, focused on quality first teaching that is led by the effective use of student performance data.
