Student Progress:

  • Monitor student progress, assess their understanding, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student thrives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the maths curriculum.
  • Classroom Management:
  • Maintain discipline while promoting a supportive atmosphere.
  • Utilise technology and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.
  • Encourage students to explore real-world applications of maths.

Curriculum Development:

  • Contribute to the development of schemes of work in line with national requirements.
  • Keep abreast of curriculum developments and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Celebrate student achievements through displays and recognition.

Professional Growth:

  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of educational practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Passion for mathematics and a commitment to student success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse learners.
