'Lettings Lister' Main Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the lettings process from start to finish, including property appraisals, marketing, and securing tenancy agreements.
• Conduct property appraisals and valuations with landlords, providing expert advice on rental prices and market trends.
• Create high-quality property listings, utilizing professional photography and compelling descriptions to attract prospective tenants.
• Proactively market available properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct viewings with potential tenants, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the letting process.
Key Skills and Experience for this 'Lettings Lister' role:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the UK real estate or lettings industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the local rental market in Reading and broader UK rental trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
