Summary

Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism

We are recruiting for amazing Female Support Workers to support 3 ladies aged from 30-ties - 70ties in Reedham. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

You must be a driver with access to a car to be considered for this role!

All ladies have great personalities and enjoy a multitude of activities, they enjoy going out to the shops, out for lunch, swimming is a big passion for them so you must be comfortable being in the water, they also love walking round their neighbourhood!

The role will involve:

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose.

- Some aspects of Personal care

- Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry.

- Supporting with medication

- Taking them out into the community and encouraging them to be involved in the activities they enjoy.

Shift patterns 08.00-15.00, 15.00-21.30, 08.00-21.30 and 21.30-08.00 (waking night)
