This is a Full Time only positions offering 37.5 hours in a week!

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in East Finchley, London. You will support 2 ladies and 3 gentleman aged between 47 - 57. They are non-verbal but communicate in their own unique way. They all have amazing smiles, especially when they dance to music. We are looking for someone who is creative and can think on their feet, who has a keen interest in positive behaviour support learning and developing from behavioural consultant input and coaching. ( Psychology graduated are welcome)

Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

The role will involve:

- Daily walks for newspaper and baloon.

- Swimming activities

- Day walks

- Lunches at the nearest pub

- Dance and Karaoke on Sunday evenings

- Support with visits to day centres

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

- Support with education needs

- Personal care

- Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry

- Supporting with medication
