A new vacancy has arisen we are recruiting for an experience Personal Injury Litigator with specific experience in Road traffic accident work & credit hire knowledge.

The candidate must be fluent in Urdu and or Punjabi as the clients she will be dealing with are conversant in these languages .

The Salary is negotiable upto £40k and dependent upon experience , plus a bonus structure which is normally £200 per successful matter I would expect the candidate to settle 36 matters in the year which would effectively mean a further £7200.00 but we can negotiate other methods of bonus
Monday-Friday 9-5pm office based

What would you be expected to do:

· In this job role you will be working closely with our solicitor who specialises in PI and you will assist with caseloads given and will be updating clients on their cases regularly.
· To provide advice as part of our telephone advice service and to book the necessary follow up appointments/ phone calls.
· To take part in outreach work to solicit new clients to generate revenue.
· To ensure prompt billings on files.
· Manage a caseload of files independently.
· To keep up to date the changes in relevant legislation
· To undertake such training as is necessary as to maintain high standards required by the firm.
