Summary
Machine Operators to join a fantastic team 5 minutes from Ilminster.
Wednesday to Saturday
07.00 - 18.30
£12.24 per hour rising to £13.00 after probation.
PLUS overtime & bonus!
Key duties
- Ensuring the smooth running of machinery whilst meeting production targets and adhering to safety, hygiene and quality systems.
- Work as part of a highly motivated team, ensuring best practices are communicated and adopted across all shifts,
- Providing training for new and / or current employees, with continuous improvement at the core of all activities undertaken.
- You will also be required to lead product changeovers, ensuring the whole team works together and achieves set targets,
