As a Wellbeing Lead at our Paddington club, you'll hold either CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs or equivalent. With experience of designing and managing fitness programs for groups and individuals, you bring the ability to teach studio programs. Ideally, you know how to help your colleagues develop and grow. You will have a minimum of 4 years experience running a Personal Training Business
As a Wellbeing Lead, you will:

Support the Fitness Manager across the fitness arm of our health and wellbeing offering

Strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do

Carry out managerial administration, determined by the Fitness Manager

Be responsible for the gym floor service, presentation, and maintenance

Promote and deliver fitness programs, re-assessments and Personal Best Assessments

Support and champion our express classes and 'Meet our Experts' sessions

Be able to coach Personal Trainers to grow their individual businesses
