We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Learning Centre Assistant at Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Aylesbury Campus. This position is part-time, term-time only, for 18.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, with working hours of Monday and Tuesday, 8.30AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday, 8.30AM to 12.00PM

Our Learning Centre Assistants play a crucial role in creating a positive and supportive environment for students and staff. Reporting to the Learning Centres Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the effective use of learning resource materials and digital technologies.

The successful candidate will be required to have

  • Previous experience in a library, educational or customer facing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
