Summary
• Are you seeking a Legal Assistant role in a law firm with training provided?
• Do you have a professional telephone manner?
• Do you have excellent communication skills?
Based in York, full time – you will be the one of the first points of contact for new clients at the firm and the role involves coordinating between new clients and their legal teams to ensure all initial documentation, compliance checks, and preliminary assessments are completed and duties will include:
• File opening – using the case management system.
• Carrying out identity checks.
• Sending out letters, documents, questionnaires as required.
• Liaising with staff and providing ongoing support to clients.
