Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their learning objectives.

Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages confidence and independence.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement individualised learning plans.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

Promote communication and social skills development.

Requirements:

Qualifications or experience in education or special education are desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
