Summary

Job Opportunity: PE Teacher

Our partnered school is looking for a dynamic and passionate PE Teacher to foster a love of sports and enhance the physical well-being and development of students in their school.

Responsibilities:

As a PE Teacher, you will be working with students to promote physical well-being and a love of sports.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Skill Development: Providing targeted coaching to enhance the skills and abilities of students, fostering a sense of achievement and self-confidence.
- Inclusive Coaching: Adapting coaching methods to accommodate students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that sports activities are accessible to all.
- Collaboration: Working collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external partners to integrate sports activities and support the student's development in line with EHP's
- Event Coordination: Support and lead organisation of sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities, creating opportunities for students to showcase their talents.
- Sports Program Development: Deliver engaging sports and P.E sessions that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

· QTS or equivalent qualification

· Previous experience with teaching or leading sports sessions

· Experience working with children with SEND would be advantageous
