Sales & Retention Phone Agent - working for Pinnacle Pet UK, part of the PPG Group
Package: £23,500 salary plus bonus with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity
work, Group life assurance and private medical insurance
Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time
between home and office. However please note you may be required to come to head office on your first day for an induction and to
collect your equipment.
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend
work will be required on a rota basis.

Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet
Group client customers. Selling insurance products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel
their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Promote a positive image of Pinnacle Pet Group & its client
companies whilst actively growing PPG & partners business.
What we look for in you as a Sales & Retention Phone Agent
* Previous experience working within a contact centre is essential
* As you’ll be working to targets, experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
* Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer service
* Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know our different policies inside out
* Within this busy role you’ll need to be organised with the ability to work at pace
