Bank staff are integral to the smooth running of our business. They work on an ad hoc basis i.e. as and when required. This suits them as they can fit work in around other commitments. Hours cannot be guaranteed.
You will care for our residents as you would care for a family member. Working as a team you will demonstrate person-centred care, promoting independence and ensuring dignity, choice and respect at all times.
