Summary

Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader (£41,304 per annum, full time, permanent)
Job Role
We are seeking a Team Leader to provide effective housing management services to our customers and provide support to the Neighbourhood Housing Managers with day-to-day enquiries.
You will manage a small team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers, as well as your own designated patch.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in housing management, ideally with a social landlord as you will be required to provide technical and housing management advice.
You should also have previous people management experience to provide effective team leadership as well as excellent IT skills enabling you to use our housing management system.

Location Details
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office, however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working.
Hours
37 hours per week, 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Friday.
You will also be required to provide an Emergency Out Of Hours Emergency Housing Contact Service for weekly periods on a rota basis.
